Multi-Basin Regional Water Council Meeting

May 12, 2017

Greetings Multi-Basin Attendees and Members:

The  quarterly  meeting of the Multi-Basin Regional Water Council is schedule for Friday, May 12.  To learn more about the Council, please visit
http://geoprogress.org/Multi-Basin/

I have taken some of your suggestions and a request from Sandi Formica to arrange a different type of event for this meeting.  Instead of sitting inside, we will take advantage of the nice weather and visit a stream restoration on-site at Osage Creek.

Location: Meet at 10am at the Tontitown Police Department located at 235 E Henri De Tonti Blvd, Springdale, AR 72762.  There Sandi Formica of the Watershed Conservation Resource Center will present some information on the stream restoration at Osage Creek.   Then, we will carpool out to the site for a tour of the stream restoration taking place.

Box lunches will be provided for those who attend. -  Please RSVP no later than Tuesday, May 9 to adanovi@ozarkswaterwatch.org
If you are vegetarian, please let me know.   In case of inclement weather, an updated plan will be sent on Thursday, May 11.

Please Note:
Please come prepared to be outside.  We will be eating our lunch by the stream on a gravel bar.  You will likely need boots or shoes that can get wet.  Also, if you have upcoming events, please reply to this email.  I will be compiling an upcoming events list and sending it out before the meeting.

I look foward to hearing from you by Tuesday, May 9.

Sincerely,
Angela Danovi
