Our annual fund-raising event for Friends of the North Fork and White River will not be held this year. Funds are used for programs, education and organizational outreach.
Typically we host a clean-up of a selected section of Crooked Creek. Participants bring their kayaks and canoes, float the creek and retrieve trash. Gabe Levin leads this scavenger hunt and shares his knowledge of Crooked Creek.
At the end of the day, friends will gather at the Fred Berry Pavilion in Yellville for an authentic crawfish boil. It's a great occasion for fun and fellowship!
At left is a little slide show from past events. Enjoy the memories and make plans for next year. We usually schedule it on the Sunday of Memorial weekend in May.
As part of our effort to stay connected, we invite you to guess/remember the names of any of the folks you see pictured. Send your list to email@example.com and we'll post the most complete/accurate list on facebook.
You are also invited to share a story from a year you attended. We'll share that on our facebook page, too.
